Harvest in Blue

“Harvest in Blue” explores Surreal Harvest Memory, where apples, leaves, and layered textures merge into a dreamlike landscape of memory and imagination. Vibrant reds, yellows, and greens contrast with deep blue tones, creating an atmosphere that feels both familiar and unexpected. Furthermore, natural elements interact with painterly textures and build movement, depth, and visual energy throughout the composition.

For me personally, the image blends realism with imagination. In addition, it draws from memories of childhood apple picking and early autumn days spent with family. I remember eating apples straight from the tree and enjoying the simple excitement of those moments. As leaves, plants, and layered forms interact, the scene transforms ordinary memories into something more emotional and immersive.

Furthermore, Surreal Harvest Memory gives me the freedom to explore how color and layered imagery reshape familiar experiences. Rather than simply recording a harvest scene, I create an atmosphere that encourages viewers to slow down and discover details hidden throughout the image. Consequently, each layer reveals new visual relationships between texture, memory, and storytelling.

Additionally, I enjoy building images that reveal something different with each viewing. Sometimes colors emerge first, while at other times smaller details begin to surface. As a result, the image develops a sense of discovery that changes as the viewer spends more time with the work.

I handcraft every print to preserve authenticity and artistic integrity. I do not use artificial intelligence in my work. In addition, I individually print every piece using archival pigment inks and museum-quality fine art papers designed for long-term preservation.
